CRCA’s mission is the social, educational and vocational rehabilitation of persons with disabilities and of the socially disadvantaged.

In its pursuit of this mission, CRCA:

  - Contacts comprehensive assessments by qualified professionals through the use of specialized methods and tools.
  - Promotes research and research dissemination relevant to its mission.
  - Engages in active collaboration and partnership with other professional organizations locally and internationally.
